Good to know
We’re not a full property management company
We provide local property care and support rather than full property management. Our role is to be a trusted local presence — keeping an eye on things, providing access, and helping deal with issues when you’re not here.
We don’t manage listings or take bookings
We don’t create listings or manage bookings. Once a booking has been made, we can support the property and guests locally, if needed.
Cleaning and linen are handled separately
We don’t provide cleaning or linen services ourselves, but we’re happy to work with your existing cleaner or help coordinate trusted local services.
Property checks are practical and agreed in advance
Routine checks are visual and practical, focusing on making sure everything is as it should be. If we notice anything that needs attention, we’ll let you know clearly, with photos where helpful.
We can provide access and coordinate locally
We can hold keys, give access to cleaners, tradespeople or services, and help coordinate visits on your behalf.
Availability is realistic and responsive
We operate during working hours and respond promptly to urgent issues. We don’t run a call centre or promise instant responses at all hours, but we handle situations calmly and responsibly.
We’re local to the area
We’re based in Jerez de la Frontera and work across Jerez, El Puerto de Santa María and Costa Ballena.
