CasaLocal Jerez exists for one simple reason: to be the local person you trust when you’re not here.

We support property owners who live abroad, travel often, or simply can’t be on the ground all the time. When something needs checking, fixing, unlocking, explaining, or sorting — we’re nearby and we handle it.

We work with two types of clients:

  • Guests who need clear, friendly support during their stay

We’re based in Jerez De La Frontera and work across Jerez, El Puerto de Santa María and Costa Ballena.

We speak English and Spanish, and we value clear communication, quick responses, and doing things properly.
